  • Versatility: iBusiness™ Xpress specially designed interface make finding records and entering data fast and efficient. Drag and drop functionality is enabled throughout the application making it easy to move records from one place to another. Add notes and documents to any record anywhere in the application.


  • Multiple Records Editing: With iBusiness™ Xpress you can have as many records in edit mode as you like at any time. Even multiple records of the same type. This will make your workers more productive. Unlike other systems there is no need to save or cancel out of the record you are working in to look up something else.

  • Revision Control: iBusiness™ Xpress gives you greater revision control than any product in its class. You can maintain as many revisions of the product as you like and can even compare revisions side by side. iBusiness™ Xpress even includes capabilities to do Engineering Change Orders (ECO).


  • On Line Audit Trail: You can instantly see all of the transactions for a part on line in real time. Essential for auditing discrepancies. Immediately drill down to specific transactions. No more fumbling with pages of reports to do an audit.

  • Planning Parameters: There are a wide variety of planning parameters that are easy to maintain. You can have separate purchasing, sales and stockkeeping units of measure. You can maintain safety stocks and lot sizes for every item.

  • Integrated customer record: Stores all details of your customers in a centralized place with the ability to drill down to sales orders and invoices. With iBusiness™ Xpress you can maintain an unlimited number of ship to locations for any customer and unlimited contacts and phone numbers as well.


  • Credit Management: Easily see your aging in either report format or on line. Drill down to specific invoices quickly and easily. Add notes and follow up reminders for further action.


  • Drag and Drop Order Entry: With iBusiness™ Xpress you can see every item your customers have ever ordered from you in one convenient place. To place another order merely drag the item your customer wants over to a new sales order and enter the quantity they need. iBusiness™ Xpress takes care of the rest.
