Entering sales orders is fast and efficient with all the relevant information about the order shown on the sales order window. Data entry is streamlined with ibusiness™automatically entering information for you from the customer and item master records. This can drastically reduce costly data entry errors. Having shipped an order you can look it up instantly to view any of the details regarding the order, shipment, invoice etc. You can even provide your customer with a shipment tracking number. You can also view lists of orders by customer, item, ship date, location etc. which makes order management a snap. Accountants will find the ability to easily load a list of orders on credit hold invaluable. ibusiness™ can be configured to require a PO number before accepting an order avoiding unpaid invoices because of missing data. Each item on an order can have an unlimited number of shipment dates so you can easily handle blanket orders from a customer. Make to order manufacturers can drill down from the shipments list to see the status of every order. No more embarrassing "I'll have to get back to you" responses to customer inquiries. For manufacturers who ship from stock we provide our Availability module (see separate factsheet) which is integrated with the Sales Order module to provide all the information you need in one place. This can help boost sales and improve customer service. There are versions of ibusiness™ specifically configured for the process and ad. specialities industries.
