These can then be converted to either sales orders or forecasts, seamlessly, and without additional data entry. Quotations, sales orders and forecasts all have similar layouts and features which makes it easier for your users to master using ibusiness™. You can view and sort Quotations in a variety of ways. For example you can easily see a list of all quotations for a single customer or sales lead. Assemble to order manufacturers can check the availability of components straight from the quote. Our quotation browser allows you to view quotations by expiry date, sales representative, customer or value. Like all ibusiness™ lists it's easy to drill down from the summary information to the actual quote. Extensive notes can be added to the quotation and separate fields allow you to segregate information for the customer's benefit from those for internal use. You can print the quote in two different forms, one for the customer and one for internal use with only the relevant notes shown. Numerous built-in reports allowing you to print details of quotes by date, customer, sales representative or item.
