Job Cost Setup

iBusiness™ allows you to setup as many templates as you like. When each job is setup you can choose a template and modify it to meet the needs of a specific job. Templates can be set up for either job costing or project costing. You can have an unlimited number of buckets and levels

 
Defining Cost Buckets

Each template may have an unlimited number of cost buckets. You have complete control over what sorts of transactions can be collected against each of the buckets as well as whether a bucket is required on all jobs

 
Job Cost Summary

This allows you to see any job summarized and compare budget to actual costs. You can instantly query any date range and create as many views of each project as you like. Double clicking on any line will take you to the detail of the transactions that make up the summary.
 
Job Cost Detail

Quickly drill down from the summary to see a detailed list of all of the individual transactions that make up the summarized transactions. From any transaction drill down to see the detail so that you have an instantaneous on line audit trail.
